ReviewMe.com has launched a new site and service called BlogRolled.com.
The concept is pretty simple. Bloggers get paid to add relevant advertiser links to their blogroll on a 30-day basis.
Once a blogger joins BlogRolled.com and is accepted to the marketplace, advertisers can purchase listings/links on your blogroll. Looks like the minimum an advertiser can offer is $5.
I registered yesterday and my blog was accepted in just a few hours, so it looks like they’re pretty quick about approving accounts. I logged in, but don’t have any blogroll offers yet. Will have to wait and see how this one works out.
Let me know what you think of BlogRolled.com.
I haven’t posted much about my earnings and income these days.
I’ve been trying some new methods with my Google Adsense Ads over the past couple of months on another one of my sites and am thrilled to report I’ve more than doubled my earnings.
What did I do? First thing, I started reading Grizzly’s Money Making for Beginners blog. I don’t care long you’ve been on the Internet and how much you think you know. If you’re not making money with Adsense, then you’re a beginner - trust me. I’ve been using Adsense for over 2 years now and I thought I knew what I was doing too.
Anyways, I started applying many of the techniques and methods Grizzly recommends and explains how to do. You can start with: How to Make Money Using Blogs - Lesson 1. Grizzly mostly teaches you how to make money with blogs, but I applied many of the same techniques to a regular website and got great results.
The most important thing I did was to write some articles (linking to my Adsense optimized site) and submit them to some PR5 and PR6 article directories. By using the right keywords and phrases in my titles, urls and content - I’ve seen a dramatic increase in my traffic and adsense earnings. The bottom line is that the more search engine traffic I get the more money I make - period.
Back in January, I posted my 01/08 Adsense Earnings. I earned $204.68. I started applying Grizzly’s methods and techniques in late February. My earnings from that same website:
So, there you have it. I’ve found that the best way to make money online is to learn from those who’ve succeeded and failed.
