LifeLock’s $1,000,000 service guarantee basically requests, on behalf of their clients, that the national credit bureaus place fraud alerts on its members’ credit files, and requests that members’ names be removed from pre-approved credit card offer and junk mail lists. In addition, members are also entitled LifeLock’s WalletLock™ service, which works to cancel and replace all documents and personal identifying information inside a wallet – in case it is lost or stolen.

Most recently in the news, LifeLock was nominated for Best Service for the 12th Annual Webby Awards – which is basically the Oscars of the Internet.
