I know it’s not easy to reach a fitness goal. I also know that it’s not easy to start over again when you’ve tried before and couldn’t reach your goal.

The fitness industry is REALLY confusing with all the information put out in the media. It doesn’t have to be that complicated!

With the right guidance and the right workout method coupled with good nutrition, you really can reach ANY fitness goal you want to!

I believe that Dynamic Plateau Training is that "right" workout method and it’s not complicated!

What is Dynamic Plateau Training?

Dynamic Plateau Training is a flexible fitness method that can be molded so that you can reach ANY personal fitness goal of yours.

It’s not just for weightlifting and it’s not just to break through a plateau. It doesn’t matter if your aim is to lose weight, gain strength or muscle size, run faster or gain endurance.

You can achieve anything with the DPT method! All you have to do is mold the method around your goal.

For example: Ask Bonnie, a woman in Arizona who ran over 6 miles in under an hour on her 60th Birthday using the DPT method!

CLICK HERE for a FREE Video that teaches you the Secret behind the DPT method.

As a FREE bonus for watching the free video, you’ll also receive 7 No Nonsense Fitness Facts that should be the foundation of any fitness program, whether you decide to use Dynamic Plateau Training or not.

My son was having some trouble with another kid on one of those online game sites. This other kid was going around trying to get all the players with the highest scores banned by reporting their IP Addresses.

Anyways, so I called my ISP and asked them if there was a way to change or get a new IP Address.

The answer was "YES". Turns out there are several ways to do it. But, for purposes of this example, I'll tell you the fastest and easiest way to do it. What's best - you can do it whenever you want and it's free!

Change Your IP Address:

STEP 1: Turn the power OFF to your router and modem. Unplugging works too.

STEP 2: Wait like 3 to 5 minutes.

STEP 3: Turn everything back on and reconnect to the Internet.

That's it!

Now, the downside is that this will only work if your ISP (Internet Service Provider) assigns Dynamic IP Addresses (DHCP). If your IPS assigns Static IP Addresses this won't work, sorry. You have to contact them directly to change your IP Address.

If you don't know whether your ISP assigns Dynamic or Static, it's worth a try.

Here's your IP Address:

[inline]Get the My IP widget and many other great free widgets at Widgetbox![/inline]

Complete the 3 Steps above, then Refresh this page and see if your IP Address has changed.

Let me know if it works for you!

Now I know why I put this off! After about having a nervous breakdown the other night with a malfunction when I ran the automatic upgrade to WordPress V 2.8 - I decided to let others know how to fix this problem.

Save yourself hours of going out of your mind with this Fatal Error fix.

This Fatal Error fix works when you can't log in to your WordPress admin area.

When I went to log in to my dashboard, I got this error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: is_site_admin() in /home/content/b/z/3/br306752/html/wp-content/plugins/sem-google-analytics/sem-google-analytics-admin.php on line 20

How to Fix:

STEP 1: Access your site via FTP or your Cpanel or however you do it.

STEP 2: Go to the exact file or php page that's throwing the error and simply RENAME it . Mine was the plugins/sem-google-analytics....... .php. I just put temp- in front of the file name.

Once you do this, it will deactivate the plugin that's throwing the error.

STEP 3: Log in your dashboard. It should let you in now.

Worked like a charm for me! Let me know if you have other fixes!

Working GPT (get-paid-to) and other incentive-based rewards sites is a great way to generate a steady online income, no doubt. However, there are many other completely free and legitimate ways to generate multiple online streams.

For example, ever heard of get-paid-to write articles?

About a year or so ago while I was researching “get paid to write articles” sites, I ran across eHow.com. This site features articles on basically “How to” do everything and anything you can possible think of. So, to experiment with their revenue sharing program, I signed up and started writing and posting a few articles to their site. Now, you don't earn a flat-fee or anything for writing an article.

Your articles earn you money by the eHow's revenue-sharing program. Basically it works just like Google Adsense Ads. If you're not familiar with that, then here's how it works: People view and read your articles. People click on the advertisements and links that eHow displays on the pages of your articles. When that happens, eHow shares an undisclosed percentage of that revenue with you.

eHow has a super-easy user interface to write and publish articles. What’s better is that I earned money a lot quicker from my articles than I have from other “get paid to write articles” sites.

The minimum payout to receive a payment each month is only $10.00. And, they send you payments directly to your PayPal account. Plus, when I first started and for 2 months in-a-row, the good folks at eHow.com invited me to participate in their Bonus Programs. It was fast and easy and they paid me an extra $150.00 on top on my regular revenue-sharing earnings.

Their revenue sharing program is way better then getting paid a flat-fee or rate for writing an article! Why? Because your articles continue to make you money over and over, month after month, year after year!

It's been months and months since I've written and posted a new article - but all my articles continue to make me money. It's like doing the work once and getting paid for it over and over again. Skeptical? Have a look at some of my earnings reports since I started writing articles on eHow:

And NO, you don't have to be some English and grammar expert either! You just have to write half-way literate so the vast majority of common folks like you and me can understand!

And EVERYONE knows how to do stuff! Yep, even you! You can write about super simple stuff or really complicated things. Anyone can do this - I'll prove it!

One of my most profitable articles that I've written was simply telling people how to find online coupons. Seriously! The article took me like 20 minutes to write and then like another 10 minutes to create a graphic and upload it.

So, for about 30 minutes of work... This one article has made me $1,164.26 so far! And, I wrote it well over a year ago! Here's how much this one little article has earned me each month since I wrote it (March 2009 earnings are just for this month so far) :

Why has this little article made me so much? Because it's about something relevant to today and it's about something people are searching for.

So, think about stuff you already know about and know how to do. Then write one of these easy How To articles and tell people how to do it. The more popular your articles are - the more money you will make!

I told myself I wasn't going to watch OJ's robbery trial. But, being the CourtTV fan I am, along with the fact that I was overwhelmingly drawn to this drama, I've started watching from the beginning of the opening statements.

The prosecution had me at hello. But then, after hearing the defense's opening, I'm now hooked on this trial! Seriously, the defense's theory sounded almost legit and plausible, didn't it? I seriously thought it was all about memorabilia and money - didn't you?

Were those items just OJ's personal items - mementos? What if? And, what about the phone call OJ makes directly after this alleged robbery? He talks about not knowing about any gun. What's up with that?

I've got my DVR set to record Lisa Bloom, Jami Floyd and Banfield & Ford daily so I can watch them later (without all the commercials). What's really great is that you can watch Trials on Demand - so if you miss anything, you can catch-up.

So, tell me what you think so far? Are you with the prosecution or defense?

Slapping and scratching yet? Get ready, skeeters have returned this year with a vengence - experts are saying that we may be in for the worst mosquito season in five years!

Determined to find ways to to keep these nasty, blood-sucking, itchy, irritating, disease-carrying pests from ruining my family's summer - I began a search and ended up earning my online mosquito degree.

The following is everything I learned and a whole lot more than I ever cared to know about mosquitoes. Hopefully you'll find something useful that might help you avoid being eaten alive this summer!

25 Mosquito Facts and Trivia

Mosquito fossils date back at least as far as 100 million years ago.

More than 3,500 species now inhabit the planet.

Mosquitoes live everywhere that's not permanently frozen.

Females, who need blood to produce eggs, are the ones doing ALL the biting.

When they bite, they transmit viruses and parasites, making them a prime vector for West Nile virus, encephalitis, Dengue fever, malaria and a host of other diseases.

Mosquitoes have poor eyesight but have extremely sensitive thermal receptors on the tip of their antennae to locate blood near the surface of the skin.

The average life span of a female mosquito is 3 to 100 days. The male lives 10 to 20 days.

One female mosquito may lay 100 to 300 eggs at a time and may average 1,000 to 3,000 offspring during her life span.

Mosquito eggs can survive for more than 5 years.

All types of mosquitoes need water to complete their life cycle.

All mosquitoes goes through 4 separate and distinct stages of development: Egg, Larva, Pupa and Adult.

A mosquito develops from egg to adulthood in 4 to 7 days.

They don't like to travel. Most mosquitoes remain within a 1 mile radius of their breeding site. Some, however can fly 20 miles or more.

Mosquitoes locate blood-hosts by scent, sight and heat. From 100 feet away (30 meters) mosquitoes can smell your scent, especially the carbon dioxide (CO2) you exhale.

There are 100 trillion mosquitoes in the world today, and each one is responsible for about 5 human bites a day

When a mosquito bites you, it's actually injecting its saliva into your skin.

Before the female mosquito actually draws your blood, she might probe your skin as many as 20 times, looking for a small blood vessel to nick.

It's the mosquito's saliva that causes the itching.

Mosquitoes are most active between the hours of dusk and dawn.

Not all species bite humans; some prefer birds, others prefer horses, and some will even bite frogs and turtles.

Mosquitoes don't whine just to be annoying. The high-pitched sound they make, created by their rapid wing beats (of up to 500 beats per second), helps the males hone in on a mate.

A mosquito's sense of smell is about 10,000 times better than yours and they are able to locate humans because they detect the carbon dioxide given off by us.

A mosquito doesn't actually bite, it stabs - piercing your skin with its long proboscis.

A mosquito can drink one-and-a-half times its own weight.

Although mosquitoes can carry and spread many dangerous diseases, they cannot transmit AIDS.

11 Ways to Avoid Attracting Mosquitoes:

Avoid wearing dark colored clothing. Dark clothes and foliage attract mosquitoes.

Avoid eating bananas and other high-potassium foods. Mosquitoes are attracted to the lactic acid your body gives off.

Avoid wearing floral or fruity scents and fragrances.

Avoid sweating. Mosquitoes are attracted to moist and sweaty armpits.

Avoid and eliminate standing water. Dump out all containers, items and objects that collect water to keep mosquitoes from breeding.

Avoid and weed-wack tall grass and weeds.

Avoid bright lights. Mosquitoes are attracted to incandescent lights. Fluorescent lights are a great alternative.

Avoid being outdoors from dusk till dawn - when mosquitoes are most active.

Avoid stinky feet. Keep your feet clean and dry. Mosquitoes are attracted to the bacteria found on sweaty, smelly feet.

Avoid spazzing-out. If you are in a swarm of mosquitoes, waving your arms around like an idiot actually attracts more mosquitoes.

Avoid breathing. Mosquitoes are attracted to the carbon dioxide (CO2) you give off when you breathe.

15 Ways to Repel the Suckers!

DEET Repellants. Buy and use spray or oil repellents that contain DEET. DEET is a chemical that blocks insects ability to detect the carbon dioxide we exhale. Because the mosquitoes cannot detect the carbon dioxide, they usually can't detect us. DEET is not recommended for usage with young children, although it has been shown to be relatively safe with adults when used as directed.

Eat garlic. Mosquitoes (and vampires) dislike the natural skin secretion caused by garlic. If you don't mind like smelling like a Pizza Hut bread stick, a daily dose of 1,500 mg of fresh garlic or a 15 mg capsule will do the trick.

Take a daily B-Complex or a 100 mg B1 (Thiamin) vitamin. It omits an odor through your skin pores, not detectable to humans, which grosses-out mosquitoes.

Attract bats. Some say that one small, brown bat can catch 600 mosquitoes per hour. Build or buy yourself a bat house.

Burn herbs. Throw some sage or rosemary on the coals in your grill whenever you're grilling outside.

Mosquito repelling plants. Grow or buy the kinds of plants that mosquitoes don't like, such as: Citronella Grass, Catnip, Rosemary, Marigolds, Horsemint, Basil, Ageratum, and Agastache Cana. Place the plants in, near and around all the areas you like to be outside, especially by doors and outside sitting areas.

Drink tonic water, with or without gin, vodka or other choices of spirits.

Burn Citronella candles. Everyone knows this.

Vanilla Extract. Dab Vanilla Extract on your pulse points.

Skin So Soft by Avon. Works great at repelling mosquitoes and makes your skin soft.

Listerine Mouthwash. Mix 50/50 with water or household vinegar in a spray bottle. Spray it on yourself, doorways, tables, chairs, etc...

Mosquito repelling wristband. You can buy these wristbands at most Walmarts and drugstores.

Essential oils. Spray, spritz or rub yourself with an essential oil (diluted in water or almond or olive oil) known for repelling insects, like: Citronella, Lemongrass, Lavender, Peppermint, Eucalyptus, Thyme, Cajeput, Geranium, Red Cedarwood, Mugwort, Clove Flower Buds, Spearmint, Turmeric Root, Black Walnut, Wormwood and Rosemary.

Bounce fabric sheets. Hang a fabric softner sheet from your belt or pocket.

Vinegar. If you don't mind smelling like a pickle, rub vinegar on yourself.

Once a blogger joins BlogRolled.com and is accepted to the marketplace, advertisers can purchase listings/links on your blogroll. Looks like the minimum an advertiser can offer is $5.

I registered yesterday and my blog was accepted in just a few hours, so it looks like they're pretty quick about approving accounts. I logged in, but don't have any blogroll offers yet. Will have to wait and see how this one works out.
