I’ve had to do this a couple of time to cast multiple votes in an online poll. I utilized a free IP masking service and it worked fine. However, if you are looking to quickly change your IP a single time, your idea works fine.

You can also get random IP addresses if you use a dial-up connection to the internet. Every time you connect, it will change.

I need a way to change your IP address but I can not log onto my server. Any ideas? I am not looking for a proxy!

glad your isp gives ip chage few ISP wont give ip to change
